 Mission Statement

 Our goal at TLC  is to become the provider of choice for assisted transportation for residents of Marion and the surrounding counties.  All employees of TLC Transport, including management, will consistently strive for excellence as we seek to fulfill the transportation needs of the physically challenged.  TLC will offer safe and courteous transportation service delivered in an environment of trust and open communication.

 To achieve this goal, it is critical that all employees of TLC  act as responsible, courteous, and sincere representatives of the company. Whether on or off duty, they symbolize TLC, and their actions are a direct reflection on our business and can influence our reputation.  TLC management encourages the customer to notify our company if any of its employees are not reflecting a positive, friendly and helpful professional behavior.

 Safety never takes a back-seat to anything at TLC.  The safety and care of our customer’s are foremost in our business philosophy.  A standard policy of TLC is to ensure the customer’s safety.  Our vans meet or exceed all state and federal compliances concerning safety standards for the transportation of non-emergency ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients.  Our vehicles have the latest GPS navigation systems while the passengers enjoy complete comfort due to the separate front and rear heating and air conditioning controls.

 At TLC, we take great pride in providing the best possible customer service. Therefore, it is important for us to know exactly who we consider the customer. Our customers are precious to us and we will make the utmost effort to ensure their satisfaction.  It is of critical to me that every employee understands that our service starts with a positive attitude and ends with a satisfied customer.  As TLC grows with the needs of our customers we will continue to reflect a positive and courteous style which will quickly become a recognizable trademark of TLC.
